• Horace Mann is a purpose-driven company that is passionate about educators. • We are a leading insurance company committed to leveraging data to drive business insights and operational efficiencies. • Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Enablement and Governance Lead to join our data team. • Responsible for managing the implementation of data governance and establishing data quality standards. • Engage with various stakeholders and report to senior leaders and the Horace Mann Data Council. • Act as a liaison between IT, legal, compliance, and business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience (5+ years) in data governance, data management, or a related field • Experience with data quality management, data stewardship, and data compliance • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels • Proficiency with data governance tools and technologies (preferably Informatica)
