Description

• NOTE: This is a FULLY remote role, but the candidate must be in North or South America. • Hostaway is a SaaS startup transforming the vacation rental industry. • Design and create visuals, videos, and materials for marketing and sales purposes. • Collaborate with the marketing team to design dynamic and high-converting websites and digital assets. • Upgrade design requirements and brand standards leveraging user research and feedback. • Update knowledge of design trends, industry trends, and techniques. • Collaborate with developers and copywriters to enhance page layouts and content flow.

Requirements

• Experience in Website Design plus a portfolio with case studies showcasing strengths in graphic design. • 5+ years of professional Graphic Design and Web Design Experience (UX experience is a plus). • Ability to design and share ideas with clarity and passion, and to give and receive feedback with open-mindedness. • Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Unbounce, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, etc. • Experience implementing and maintaining brand guidelines and systems to ensure assets are quickly created while ensuring brand consistency. • Nice to have: Analytical mindset in creating visual assets that convert users, UX Design Experience, ability to think and operate in design systems.
