📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager for our Mobile App, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of how property managers use Hostaway on the go. • You will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our mobile app, ensuring it meets the needs of our core users: property managers, owners, and cleaners. • Develop and champion a product vision and roadmap for the Hostaway Mobile App that aligns with the overall company strategy and product goals. • Conduct thorough customer research and analysis to understand the needs and pain points of our users. • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly mobile experiences. • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and usage of the mobile app and identify areas for improvement. • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in mobile product management and the vacation rental industry.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile applications. • Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on mobile products. • Proven leadership in managing cross-domain mobile products, from ideation to launch. • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Experience working with remote teams. • Passion for mobile-first experiences, user-centric design, and the vacation rental industry (preferred).
