Description

• Seeking Senior Level Designers for the development of an open-world action-adventure game. • Design and develop engaging and immersive levels with driving elements. • Collaborate with the design, art, and programming teams. • Implement level design using the Unity game engine. • Create detailed level layouts, including terrain, architecture, and interactive elements. • Design and implement mission structures, side quests, and dynamic events. • Balance and fine-tune gameplay for a satisfying player experience. • Work closely with the art team to ensure visual consistency and quality. • Playtest and iterate on level designs based on feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 5+ years of experience in level design, with a focus on open-world games. • Proficiency in the Unity game engine and experience with multiplatform development (PlayStation, Xbox, PC, mobile). • Strong understanding of game mechanics, level flow, and player psychology. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and critically. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of current trends in the gaming industry. • Experience with driving mechanics and vehicle-based gameplay (preferred). • Knowledge of scripting languages (C# preferred). • Familiarity with game development tools such as Maya, Blender, or similar.
