Description

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with prospective and existing clients • Work closely with the regional sales and underwriting team • Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and demos to promote Hourly's payroll software solutions to potential customers • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach campaigns, lead-generation activities, and referrals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, promotions, and campaigns • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and contracts that meet client needs and regulatory requirements • Actively participate in team meetings and product training sessions to stay abreast of current trends and developments in the payroll software industry • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and respond quickly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field required • 2+ years of insurance carrier, wholesale or retail agency experience in customer service, sales or similar roles • Knowledge of workers’ comp is required • Experience working and partnering with insurance agencies preferred • Strong understanding of payroll and finance processes, regulations, and compliance requirements • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Upholds ethical and professional standards at all times

Benefits

• W-2, Commissions Only • Commission amounts will vary based on performance, expected annual earnings from commissions are approximately $200,000 to $400,000 • Annual on-target earnings for a first-year Territory Sales Manager are $200K • Expense reimbursement • 401K • Group Health • Dental • Vision • Life • Paid sick leave, as required under applicable law
