Description

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing products and services to fulfill company needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. • Support the negotiation of pricing and contracts to achieve favorable terms. • Oversee inventory levels and manage order schedules to keep stock properly maintained. • Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier information. • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the efficiency of procurement processes.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. • Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills. • A basic understanding of procurement practices is helpful, although comprehensive training will be provided. • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team. • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. • Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
