Description
• Function as fractional/timeshare CFO for small law firms. • Analyze, interpret, and present financial information to clients. • Help clients understand and act on financial insights. • Work with clients remotely, managing multiple accounts. • Attend live meetings quarterly (travel required occasionally) • Collaborate in teams with marketing and sales support.
Requirements
• Must have a strong background in financial and/or accounting roles. • Business degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance preferred. • Hands-on experience advising under-capitalized small business owners. • Ability to spot and explain sources & uses of cash. • Knowledge of compliance risk in federal & state remittances. • Ability to present correction approaches for performance deficiencies. • Hands-on experience with FP&A. • Comfort with budget variances and financial forecasts.
