Description

• You Health Medical Groups is seeking an Escalations PMHNP Provider to provide health care services to patients via the Hims and Hers telehealth platform. • Responsible for high-quality clinical care in all patient interactions, focusing on patient safety and risk mitigation. • Manage escalated telehealth patients, providing exceptional care and follow-up. • Collaborate with Customer Support, Telemedicine, Legal, and Medical Affairs to enhance patient experience. • Deliver clinical care for patient concerns and side effects, manage patient escalations, and comply with safety regulations. • Participate in root cause analysis and conduct ongoing patient care duties.

Requirements

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC or Dual certification with PMHNP) • 1-2 years experience in a role within psychiatry, or mental health • 1-2 years of previous telehealth experience • 1+ years of experience in clinical practice, exclusive of orientation/training • Training and experience in de-escalation, passive non-compliance, and trauma-informed care preferred • Independent worker with exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage all stakeholders in escalated scenarios • Extremely strong clinical judgment and the ability to respond rapidly in escalated scenarios, and provide empathetic patient care along the way. • Good judgment and the ability to respond rapidly in crisis scenarios, and provide empathetic patient care along the way • Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion. • Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients. • Resilient and flexible with the ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment. • Multiple state licenses (Minimum of 10 licenses, 20+ a strong plus).
