• As a Managed Services D365 F&O Sr. Functional Consultant you will have... • Direct working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft D365 F&O. • Successfully implemented General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Management Reporter, Project Accounting, Budget Planning. • Public Sector experience a plus. • Experience with AP Automation desired. • Experience participating in all stages of multiple D365FO implementation projects. • Expertise in writing functional specification, gap document and training materials. • Ability to analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Dynamics 365 Finance functionality. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and how they translate into ERP systems. • Experience in system implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. • Proficient in data migration, configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365 applications. • Strong English-language communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. • SK Global Banking and Treasury Automation Suite knowledge a plus. • You’re great at… • Following up and working across organizations to help employees and clients. • Learning complex business functions and system processes. • Working independently or in a team environment and seeking out information. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work quickly. • Thinking clearly and calmly under pressure. • Acting as a company ambassador: promoting the mission and shared values of HSO.
Requirements
• A desire to face the challenges that come along with D365 consulting but are tired of travel (this role is completely remote). • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field (CPA highly desired). • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a focus on managed services. • Successfully implemented General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Management Reporter/FRx, Project Accounting. • Experience participating in all stages of multiple D365FO implementation projects. • Expertise in writing functional specification, gap document and training materials.
