• The Technical Client Partner is both a business & technology partner • Deep understanding of complex integration solution design and execution • Proactively engage in large scale customer onboarding projects • Align customer and platform requirements with Integration solutions (EDI & API) • Contribute to and support the long-term integration strategy • Govern onboarding & integration processes; co-create and promote Go-To-Market material • Establish a network across platforms and business line stakeholders • Streamline customer onboarding and improve integration scalability • Drive simplification and automation to accelerate the integration platform • Support Integration product development and standardization with insights

Requirements

• A Deep understanding of technical integration design with balanced business acumen • Experienced Integration knowledge and understanding, capable of managing highly complex integration demands • Effective collaboration with Sales, CIMs, SENGs, CX, POs and other functional leaders • A passion for using technology to improve business outcomes for customers • An invested interest in technology, standardization, automation, and optimization of processes and solutions • Understanding user needs and insights with the ability to translate these to project plans • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex information • Ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving environment • Independent leadership with a self-motivated desire for continuous learning • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field • Proven experience in a similar role • Strong background in Supply Chain/B2B/EDI implementation and management within logistics domain • In-depth knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) • Familiarity with EDI software tools and platforms • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
