β€’ The Technical Client Partner is both a business & technology partner with a deep understanding of complex integration solution design and execution. β€’ Proactively engage in large scale customer onboarding projects to align customer and platform requirements with Integration solutions (EDI & API). β€’ Contribute to and support the long-term integration strategy and governance of both onboarding & integration processes. β€’ Co-create and promote Go-To-Market material and integration solution visibility. β€’ Establish a network across platforms and business line stakeholders to streamline customer onboarding and improve integration scalability. β€’ Collaborate closely with various teams to solve challenging customer requirements with integration solutions. β€’ Support Integration product development and standardization with critical business insights and customer/user feedback. β€’ Partner with Platform/Tech partners to install mechanisms that bring stability to customer onboarding and integrations. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders for all (XbM) business lines within the region. β€’ Facilitate EDI/API capability knowledge and growth across the Demand Management team to improve the customer and user experience.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field. β€’ Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Supply Chain/B2B/EDI implementation and management within the logistics domain. β€’ In-depth knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT), protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP), and data formats (e.g., XML, JSON). β€’ Familiarity with EDI software tools and platforms, such as EDI translators, mapping software, and VANs (Value-Added Networks). β€’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization. β€’ Certification in EDI or relevant professional credentials (e.g., Certified EDI Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional) is a plus.
