• Part of the Credit Strategy & Analytics team • Undertake data driven analysis to evaluate and monitor credit performance • Design dashboards and analyses • Identify trends and patterns to address business questions • Provide insights through reporting and data visualization techniques • Optimize, refine, automate and scale analysis into analytics solutions • Build reporting dashboards • Select, configure and implement analytics solutions • Research and apply continuous improvement in data visualization • Work with teams to enhance usability and aesthetic appeal of solutions • Translate business needs to technical specifications • Develop data visualizations of large amounts of data • Document data flow, systems and processes • Develop tools and deliver training programs

• Foundational level of proficiency: Technical design optimization • Decision Making • Systems Thinking • Intermediate level of proficiency: Data visualization • Data storytelling • Data mining • Illustration • Creative thinking • Problem Solving • Verbal & written communication skills • Collaboration & team skills • Analytical and problem solving skills • Data driven decision making • Advanced level of proficiency: Insights design • Insights development and reporting • Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
