• Wir suchen eine Führungskraft für unser Außendienstteam von 7–9 Mitarbeitern im Bereich Tabakwaren im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel. • Wenn du bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt hast und den nächsten Karriereschritt gehen möchtest, dann bist du bei uns richtig! • Ein Teamleiter Außendienst, der mit Eigeninitiative und Vorbildfunktion vorangeht und stets die Weiterentwicklung im Blick hat. • Du bist im Schnitt 50 % deiner Arbeitszeit im Homeoffice und 50 % im Feld mit deinen Mitarbeitern unterwegs. • Regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche mit deinen Mitarbeitern und individueller Coaching zur Weiterentwicklung der Stärken.
🎯 Requirements
• Führungserfahrung: Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Führung auf Distanz im Lebensmittel- oder Gastronomiebereich, z. B. als Standortleiter oder Leiter mehrerer Standorte. • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du kommunizierst klar, transparent und motivierend. • Empathie trifft auf Organisationsgeschick: Du spürst, was dein Team braucht, und sorgst für eine reibungslose Koordination aller Aufgaben. • Selbstständig und lösungsorientiert: Du handelst proaktiv und findest stets Lösungen für neue Herausforderungen. • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und Excel.
