• Welcome to Huble 👋 - we are an international, creative, digital business & CRM consultancy with Elite HubSpot Partner status. • We focus on providing solutions to increase our customer's level of CRM sophistication and offer strategic consultancy across marketing, sales, websites, creative and design. • As a Full-Stack CRM Software Architect, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and maintenance of architectural solutions on the HubSpot platform. • This includes creating websites, custom UI extensions, intricate workflows, and API integrations. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, comprising developers, marketing consultants, designers, and project managers—to provide scalable, innovative solutions. • Your expertise will steer the technical strategy, uphold best practices for HubSpot development, and align business needs with technical execution. • 🚀 Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on: • Design scalable and maintainable full-stack architectures for HubSpot solutions. • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to convert requirements into technical specifications. • Develop frontend components and backend integrations using modern technologies and best practices. • Review code to ensure quality, standards adherence, and optimize performance across the stack. • Identify and address technical risks, providing alternative solutions and contingency plans. • Contribute to architectural discussions to enhance system design, performance, and maintainability. • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to scope solutions and evaluate potential client projects. • Maintain proficiency in HubSpot, enhancing features and functionalities with custom software, APIs, and integrations. • ⚡️ These personal qualities are key to your success: • Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders, including clients and management. • Creative problem solver, tailoring solutions to unique customer needs. • Able to convey ideas clearly to developers. • Passionate about technology and its evolving landscape. • Excellent attention to detail and time management. • Aspirations for growth in technology and HubSpot programming. • 👥 Meet the Team: • You will collaborate closely with Marc Viljoen (Head of Development) as well as the front and backend teams. • 🛣️ Interview Process: • 1st Interview (30 min) • Take Home Assessment • 2nd Interview (30 min) • Final Interview (30 min) • We aim to complete the process in under 2 weeks (subject to availability).
• Relevant qualification in computer science or related field. • Mid-Senior years of full-stack development experience in frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) and backend (Node.js, Python, PHP). • Experience in architecting end-to-end systems, encompassing frontend and backend components. • Understanding of architectural patterns (component-based design, state management, micro-services). • Extensive experience with development tools, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. • Proficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and effective API development. • Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques for frontend and backend. • Experience in responsive, mobile-first web applications with backend integration. • Strong problem-solving skills across the entire stack. • Ability to gather and implement functional and non-functional requirements for scalable applications. • Up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in development. • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot’s or similar CRM\s products and APIs focusing on custom integrations.
