• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with AltoVita’s growth goals including implementing new technologies to automate processes. • Provide comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to guide long-term decision-making. • Identify and capitalise on opportunities for business expansion and new market entry. • Devise pricing strategy for the company in collaboration with other functions such as sales, product and marketing. • Execute and plan for appropriate cash flow and working capital requirements for AltoVita’s operations. • Lead efforts to secure and structure both equity and debt financing, ensuring optimal terms to support business scaling. • Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions. • Oversee and direct due diligence processes, ensuring alignment with investor and lender expectations. • Establish and maintain financial policies, systems, reporting, and controls that align with regulatory and investor standards. • Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting to support confidence among stakeholders. • Prepare, manage and oversee the company’s audited financial reports in collaboration with the company’s auditor. • Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies to safeguard AltoVita’s financial health. • Partner with the CEO, COO and senior leadership team to shape strategic initiatives and roadmap planning. • Act as a key advisor on growth strategies, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic investments. • Enhance and support internal communications regarding financial health and strategic priorities. • Lead the design and monitoring of financial KPIs and other performance metrics that drive accountability and growth. • Facilitate data-driven decision-making and ensure that finance plays a proactive role in influencing business outcomes.
• Proven track record in securing equity and debt financing • Strategic financial leadership - minimum 5 years in senior financial leadership roles, with at least 3 in a scale up environment • Strong background in financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis • Stakeholder management and communication • Proven track record of leading and developing finance teams, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree is highly preferred. • CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous. • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with a results-oriented mindset. • High integrity, ethical standards, and a commitment to maintaining a transparent and collaborative company culture. • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines with confidence and composure.
