• We're seeking a dynamic Campaign Manager to join our Global Events team. • This role is crucial in executing and managing campaigns that drive awareness and attendance for INBOUND and other HubSpot events. • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for content marketing, social media, and event promotion. • Support the development of our comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with event goals and growth targets. • Establish relationships and oversee project management with our paid media, email marketing, and organic social media teams. • Manage our demand marketing content and automated workflows to help convert high quality leads into attendees. • Partner with internal teams and our vendor to create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages tailored to target audiences. • Lead end-to-end project management for organic email and social graphic design, community management, and paid media campaign briefs. • Analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools and dashboards. • Work closely with content, design, and internal marketing teams to ensure campaign assets are on-brand and effective. • Contribute to the evolution of INBOUND’s brand by nurturing new and disruptive ideas for marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in event marketing or B2B SaaS • Proven track record in managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making • Ability to analyze marketing metrics and translate data into actionable insights for campaign improvement • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (short and long-form content development, email marketing, content production) • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) and their analytics tools • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier) • Familiarity with event marketing and promotion • Knowledge of digital marketing and brand marketing best practices • Proven experience with Artificial Intelligence tools • Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Asana) • Experience in social media community management and fostering online engagement • Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging social media trends • Experience working within a Content Management System (CMS) to publish content across digital platforms.
