• The Engineering Lead oversees a small family of teams and leads technical, product, and team-level efforts. • Responsible for building and maintaining data storage technologies across the product, utilizing open source technologies on AWS. • Drive high-impact data infrastructure projects from start to finish while ensuring efficient scaling. • Focus on automating deployments, configuration, and recoverability of data stores for better client-side interactions.

Requirements

• Experience developing automation or being a power user of data storage technologies. • Willingness to work with other developers to define and build helpful tools. • Interest in infrastructure at scale. • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with empathy for developers. • Pragmatic decision making and creative solution building skills. • A data-driven mindset for problem-solving.
