Description

• Seeking a Manager of Financial Systems in the FinTech Product Group. • Responsible for meeting Finance organization's technology needs. • Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data in systems. • Manage a team of Business Systems Analysts (8-10). • Collaborate with CFO Organization as technical advisor and problem solver. • Assist in building and managing integrations between NetSuite, Coupa, and other systems. • Work with IT, Finance, and Operations to identify requirements and implement solutions. • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize financial processes. • Provide training and support on system usage and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years managing accounting systems, with 4 years focused on NetSuite. • Strong understanding of Coupa, NetSuite ERP, and integrations. • Experience in leading complex integration projects, with project management skills. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. • 2-4 years of prior management experience. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
