Description

• Act as a key finance partner for the managed care team • Drive insights and strategies for market access performance • Support pricing and reimbursement decisions • Enhance overall financial outcomes • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on managed care financial metrics • Analyze managed care contracts and pricing models • Conduct scenario planning and financial modeling • Work closely with Managed Care, Operations, and accounting teams • Engage with Treasury and Accounting on financial reporting • Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting processes • Drive automation initiatives for financial reporting accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 5+ years of finance experience • Deep understanding of managed care, including payer structures, rebate models, and gross-to-net calculations. • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, or similar systems. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
