📋 Description
• The Manager, Retirement Investments is a key member of the Retirement Solutions Team • Work closely and collaboratively with other members of the Retirement, Investment, field advisor teams, and strategic partners • Oversight and support of our Complete Retirement Solution (CRS) investment menus • Nationally supported Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) 3(38) client investment menus oversight and support • Collective Investment Trust oversight and support • Oversight and support of our investment monitoring system • Set up and administration of Personalized Portfolios • General investment support for our field advisors
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • 5 years of experience in retirement investment management and related fields • Knowledge of 3(38) investment management, pooled employer plans, and participant managed accounts requirements and regulations • Strong understanding of ERISA and other relevant regulations • Excellent organization, analytical, and decision-making skills • Possess and demonstrate key employee attributes such as integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, inspiration and encouragement • Strong communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications
