Description

• Responsible for full cycle processes and support related to real estate acquisitions, site development, contract administration and reporting. • Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable contract terms. • Maintain a centralized contract repository and tracking system to monitor contract status. • Serve as the primary point of contact for Avetta and compliance activities. • Drive process improvements and efficiency gains within the contracts management function. • Assists with other projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager) preferred. • 5+ years of experience of related experience preferably within the wireless telecom or telecommunications industry. • Demonstrated experience in real estate and site development required. • Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. • Must be located near the Sacramento, CA region and flexible to travel to site locations if needed. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management and dispute resolution. • Familiarity with contract management software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Ariba, ContractWorks) is a plus. • Must be proficient in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, strong financial analytical and critical thinking skills required. • Able to create robust presentations with emphasis in displaying graphics and data analysis. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Must be fluent in English both written and verbal skills. • Fluency in additional languages preferred, such as Spanish, but not required. • Must be self-motivated, self-managed and able to multi-task, including strong time management and prioritization skills, ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. • Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to travel within the U.S. up to 25%.
