Description

β€’ Responsible for full cycle processes and support related to real estate acquisitions, site development, contract administration and reporting. β€’ Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable contract terms. β€’ Maintain a centralized contract repository and tracking system to monitor contract status. β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for Avetta and compliance activities. β€’ Drive process improvements and efficiency gains within the contracts management function. β€’ Assists with other projects as needed.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager) preferred. β€’ 5+ years of experience of related experience preferably within the wireless telecom or telecommunications industry. β€’ Demonstrated experience in real estate and site development required. β€’ Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. β€’ Must be located near the Sacramento, CA region and flexible to travel to site locations if needed. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. β€’ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management and dispute resolution. β€’ Familiarity with contract management software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Ariba, ContractWorks) is a plus. β€’ Must be proficient in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, strong financial analytical and critical thinking skills required. β€’ Able to create robust presentations with emphasis in displaying graphics and data analysis. β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Must be fluent in English both written and verbal skills. β€’ Fluency in additional languages preferred, such as Spanish, but not required. β€’ Must be self-motivated, self-managed and able to multi-task, including strong time management and prioritization skills, ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. β€’ Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team. β€’ Flexibility to travel within the U.S. up to 25%.
