Description
• You will provide People support across the company on a variety of HR-related matters including: organisational design, talent strategies, manager coaching, team mentoring, talent management, performance management, diversity, inclusion & belonging, and conflict resolution. • Provide business partnership and coaching to people managers to positively impact the motivation, development, and retention of talent. • Strategically leverages industry expertise and thought leadership to develop innovative and practical solutions that address complex HR challenges and drive business success.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced talent organisation, ideally in a high-growth global tech company. • Experience supporting GTM functions, preferred but not essential. • Strong knowledge of employment law in JAPAC with the ability to apply it as a trusted HR adviser. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving projects, and managing change in a dynamic work environment.
