Description

• Lead a team of Solution Engineers in DACH. • Work with Sales Reps to demonstrate HubSpot's platform value. • Manage high-performing teams and strategic collaborations. • Act as a sponsor on complex deals, providing clarity to prospects. • Collaborate with global PreSales leadership.

Requirements

• Solid experience managing PreSales teams in Germany with a proven track record of success • Fluency in German and English • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders • Experience working with diverse teams across various geographical locations • Ability to build and maintain a strong team culture in a hybrid working environment • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business development • Strong management skills and a people-first mindset, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members • Strong analytical and technical skills to identify trends and patterns • Experience in working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in SaaS sales • Experience with pre-sales activities including proposal development, client presentations, and product demonstrations • Reporting skills via Excel/GSheets, BI tools such as Looker, SQL, etc. a plus
