• We are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our collaborative and successful Sales Team at HubSpot. • Your role will focus on employing supportive and nurturing sales strategies to discover new business opportunities and enhance the customers' utilization of the HubSpot platform. • Drawing from your expertise in digital transformation and change management, you will act as a committed advisor and business consultant, guiding customers through the full sales process with care and inclusivity.

Requirements

• Possess at least 3 years of SAAS sales experience in a role with quotas, targeting companies with under 500 employees • Experienced in navigating complex sales environments with a collaborative approach • Skilled in presenting and pitching business transformations to C-level executives • Capable of managing monthly and annual sales pipelines with precision in forecasting • Driven by goals, consistently achieving monthly and yearly targets • Trained in standardized sales techniques, such as the Sandler method • Proven track record of driving results and being resilient in challenging sales scenarios • Approach challenges with a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset.
