•Assist sales reps and managers with issues in systems and processes. •Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve internal efficiency. •Work with sales representatives for day-to-day management of transactions. •Ensure data accuracy by enriching accounts following established guidelines. •Manage and support cases submitted by sales reps and Sales Managers. •Contribute to projects aimed at improving internal efficiency or sales productivity. •Build a network of stakeholders to drive effective change. •Propose new ways to improve processes.

Requirements

•12 to 24 months of experience in data analysis, consulting, customer-facing, or tech support roles. •Experience using a CRM (Hubspot, SFDC, Genesys, Zoho, others). •B.A. or B.S. degree. •Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate back. •Strong reading and writing comprehension skills. •A solid interest in developing process automation skills. •Fanatical attention to detail and results-driven. •Clear long-term career goals.
