• Do you love working with marketing systems and data? Do you enjoy solving technical challenges? Do you want to help make our prospect and customer experience the best it can be? • Great! Because HubSpot's Marketing Technology team is looking for someone to help us manage and improve the way our marketing stack functions. • As a member of our team, you will work closely with various marketing teams to build automation and self service tools that improve our prospect and customer experiences. • While responsibilities may change from time to time as needs change, the core of your role will be to: • Own technical aspects of our marketing systems, with a strong emphasis on form strategy, focusing on data quality and conversion optimization, and day to day support of these systems. • Establish technical solutions for business efficiency optimization while improving the prospect and customer experience. • Manage relationships with stakeholders across our Media and Go-To-Market teams to prioritize business needs, develop project plans for priority initiatives, and execute against plans. • Work closely with the Marketing Technology team to support our Go-To-Market teams in regular email programs, campaign launches, program improvements, and other business initiatives.

Requirements

• Have experience and/or interest in tools as follows: • CRM (e.g. HubSpot): Experience working with a CRM and understanding how they operate is required for this role. • Email Marketing Tools (e.g. HubSpot, HTML): This is not a requirement, but interest or experience in email marketing and audience personalization is valuable. • Website Front-End Technologies (e.g. HubSpot CMS, Wordpress, JavaScript): Using front-end web technology, and understanding of website conversion optimization is valuable but not required. • Utilizes a data-driven and analytical approach. Appreciation for data and its application in forecasting and decision-making is beneficial, though not mandatory. • Have a growth mindset; a love for learning, figuring out how things work and evolving what exists today. • Strong project management and communication skills. Are able to effectively communicate and simplify technical topics to both functional and technical audiences. • You should be excited to bring fresh ideas on how we can improve our systems and processes. • Demonstrate a logical and scalable solutioning mindset. • Are a great collaborator, and are able to manage relationships with many stakeholders across the business.
