Description

• The billing group in fintech is responsible for all the orchestration and business needs that happen after a customer has gone through the buying motion for our products. • Staff software engineer will work on the subscriptions platform team which maintains customers subscriptions and ensures billing and provisioning. • Help improve usability and scalability of the platform to meet HubSpot’s growth needs for both internal and external customers and also design/implement new features. • Identifying and delivering projects with meaningful business and/or technical impact.

Requirements

• History of developing solutions to problems that have had an outsized impact on their team and product group’s business goals. • Solving hard problems in multiple product areas or technical domains, rapidly delivering software solutions that are simple, practical, and easy for teams to adopt and use. • Regular mentoring and teaching of engineers in their areas of expertise, and looking for opportunities to scale technical influence. • Modeling the Engineering Leadership Mission.

• Cash compensation range: 218900-328400 USD Annually • This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. • The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. • In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. • Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons. • We know that benefits are also an important piece of your total compensation package.
