Description

• Craft clear, concise, and engaging microcopy for digital interfaces, including buttons, tooltips, error messages, and onboarding flows, to enhance user interactions. • Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to ensure content aligns with user journeys and overall design objectives. • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all user interfaces and touchpoints. • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and refine messaging for clarity and impact. • Optimize copy for readability and accessibility, ensuring compliance with standards like WCAG. • Perform A/B testing on copy variations to improve user engagement and conversion rates. • Edit and proofread UX content and in-product copy to ensure grammatical accuracy and adherence to style guidelines. • Contribute to Revenue team content initiatives on an as-needed basis, including web, landing page, social media, and marketing campaign copywriting. • Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and craft solutions that improve usability and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in writing UX copy within a user-centric design process. • Excellent writing and editing skills in American English. • Experience with Figma for writing and editing copy. • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams. • Independent worker in a fast-paced environment. • Nice to have: Experience in the 401(k) industry. • Nice to have: Experience building B2B customer programs.
