Requirements

• At least 5 years of copywriting experience, ideally with a focus on direct response. • You know how to use narrative to connect, persuade, and drive action. • You understand how to analyze performance metrics (like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions) and optimize your copy accordingly. • You can capture a brand’s voice like a pro and will binge Ryan Deiss’s content until you can write like him in your sleep. • You can sprinkle in keywords without making the copy sound robotic. • Deadlines are your thing, and chaos is not. • You can write high-energy ad copy one day and thoughtful, story-driven emails the next. • You thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. • You’re always seeking to improve your skills and try new approaches. • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools is a bonus.
