Description

• Lead the activation and execution of Humana's AI and GenAI strategy. • Establish and track key metrics for monitoring performance of AI models. • Act as the primary Enterprise AI Program liaison between business units, IT, and senior executives. • Present AI strategies, project updates, and outcomes to executive leadership. • Act as the enterprise conduit in understanding increased AI Talent needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or social sciences. • 10+ years of experience in large-scale program management, specifically in AI or technology-driven projects. • Proven track record of leading large-scale technology-driven initiatives within a corporate environment. • Significant experience managing large, complex programs within a highly matrixed organization. • Strong background in making strategic technology decisions, including buy vs. build analyses. • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working closely with senior executives.
