β€’ Responsible for daily activities across multiple service functions area β€’ Performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties β€’ Investigates and settles claims and customer service issues β€’ Role expands to project specialist β€’ Coordinates participation in Market member orientations β€’ Conducts, coordinates and schedules In-Services for new centers

Requirements

β€’ Bilingual English/Spanish: ability to read, write, speak fluently without limitations or assistance β€’ Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel β€’ Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills β€’ Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology, systems and applications β€’ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
