• Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first • The Outbound Contacts Representative 1 represents the company by making outbound contacts to members and/or providers regarding a variety of issues • Performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks • Performs necessary follow up with members and/or providers • Ensures responses to member and/or provider inquiries are completed on a timely basis to achieve service and quality standards

Requirements

• Experience working in a call center environment such as heavy call volume, auto-dialer, dedicated inbound/outbound customer service or support role • Minimum 1 year of customer service related experience • Bilingual - English, Spanish • Must be able to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance • Able to work independently or with minimal supervision • Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook • Strong typing and computer navigation skills with the capacity to use multiple computer applications simultaneously
