β€’ Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first β€’ The Outbound Contacts Representative 1 represents the company by making outbound contacts to members and/or providers regarding a variety of issues β€’ Performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks β€’ Performs necessary follow up with members and/or providers β€’ Ensures responses to member and/or provider inquiries are completed on a timely basis to achieve service and quality standards

Requirements

β€’ Experience working in a call center environment such as heavy call volume, auto-dialer, dedicated inbound/outbound customer service or support role β€’ Minimum 1 year of customer service related experience β€’ Bilingual - English, Spanish β€’ Must be able to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance β€’ Able to work independently or with minimal supervision β€’ Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook β€’ Strong typing and computer navigation skills with the capacity to use multiple computer applications simultaneously
