📋 Description
• Ensure compliance with governmental requirements • Work on problems of diverse scope and complexity • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures • Research compliance issues and recommend changes • Maintain relationships with government agencies • Coordinate site visits for regulators • Advise executives on significant matters • Work under minimal supervision
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 5+ years of developing and implementing compliance programs/compliance monitoring • Ability to investigate fraud and waste matters • 2 or more years of project leadership experience • Data and Analytics experience with building, collecting, validating, and communicating large sets of data • Ability to investigate risk or potential risk to the organization and review policies and procedures to assure adherence • Understanding of ethics, compliance and regulatory industry standards • Strong written and verbal communications • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include, Word, Excel and Outlook • Ability to analyze data to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate the risk
