Description

• Conceives, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use • Monitors efficacy of products using customer and business partner feedback • Implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance • Provides input into functions strategy • Oversees product portfolio from ideation through delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum 5 years of Agile experience • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in either a product or project management role • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience including building and leading empowered teams • Experience managing both individual contributors and leader of leaders • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle from inception to execution to launch to scale • Proven ability to bridge gap between technical and business acumen • Experience managing in a matrix environment • Ability to lead through ambiguity • Possess accountability for own decisions • Ability to leverage customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other Subject Matter Experts • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours based on business need • Strong analytic, organization and problem-solving skills enabling sound decision making • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders • Enthusiasm, positive bend, and self-motivation is essential; a confident change-agent • Strong presentation skills both oral and written to executive levels of organization
