Description

• The Lead, Network Engineer designs, analyzes, plans and modifies network components supporting customer communication implementation activities. • Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity. • Responsible for refining projects, generating scope of work documents, creating delivery plans, assisting in standards documents, and mentoring junior resources. • Collaboration with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution. • Ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 8 years of experience as a Lead Network Engineer. • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in network services delivery or a related role. • Proven experience in Network discovery, design, and deployment. • Project management, scope of work documentation, and defining success criteria. • Certifications a plus: Arista – ACE L2, Cisco – CCNP, CISSP, Palo Alto – PCNSA, PCNSE. • Strong leadership and mentorship skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proficiency in network technologies and tools.
