β€’ Build community relationships and drive self-generated sales β€’ Meet sales goals and metrics while working independently β€’ Interact with Humana’s customers and external business partners through various communication methods β€’ Sell individual health plan products and educate beneficiaries on our services in a field setting

Requirements

β€’ Ability to have daily face to face interactions with prospective members in the field is required for this position β€’ Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain prior to the start date β€’ Experience with technology to include high level use of laptops and mobile phone applications with an understanding of CRM tools or other sales/marketing resources β€’ Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook β€’ This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a clear and valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits. β€’ We will also run a Motor Vehicle Report for this position β€’ At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested β€’ Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information β€’ Must reside within the assigned territory/County
