📋 Description
• Maintains provider relations to support customer service activities via data integrity management • Assumes ownership of advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties • Manages provider data for health plans • Executes processes for intake and management of provider perceived service failures • Oversees work of others and primary administrative owner of processes or programs
🎯 Requirements
• 2 + years of provider relations, customer support, administrative, data entry or related experience • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment • Strong attention to detail • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
