📋 Description

• Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first • Seeking a talented and experienced Engineer to join our team • Play a critical part in building Generative AI applications that enhance member experience • Collaborate with data scientists to develop scalable applications using GenAI LLMs • Work with technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Kubernetes, and Python • Continuously monitor and optimize application performance • Maintain documentation of engineering processes and promote best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Azure ecosystem • At least 5 years of experience in Python programming • Proven experience with Generative AI technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Langfuse, LangGraph, Agentic workflows or similar tools • Strong knowledge of distributed version control systems (e.g., Git) • Experience in designing and building distributed system architectures • Familiarity with tools and technologies including EventHub, Kafka, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps and MongoDB • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on collaboration and follow-up • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and validate assumptions through rapid proofs of concept
