Description
• Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes • Own audit engagements by leading discussions and performing reviews • Assist external auditors and perform testing in accordance with laws • Make decisions on complex issues with limited guidance • Conduct operational, compliance, financial and investigative audits • Identify audit issues and recommend improvements
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field • 3 or more years of audit or consulting experience • Proven experience in facilitating and consulting across teams and managing projects • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects • Excellent communication skills • Aptitude for establishing working relationships • Proficient knowledge in Humana, healthcare, audit, and/or project management • Certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, PMP, CFE preferred • Advanced degree preferred • Data Analytics / Business Intelligence experience a plus • Prior experience with data analytics tools • Six Sigma Black Belt, Process Improvement and/or Quality Control expertise
