• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in health insurance or related industry with multi-channel marketing • Results-oriented (tell us about the business outcomes you’ve driven with your campaigns in your resume!) • Proven track record creating and executing campaign strategies that meet or exceed business goals • Experience with social media strategy planning and implementation • Exceptional organizational skills that support meeting deadlines • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels
