Description

• Executes the overall Medicare Stars Improvement Program within the market • Develops, implements and manages strategies and relationships with physician groups • Collaborates with providers to improve Stars performance • Educates physician groups on HEDIS, Patient Safety and Patient Experience • Develops tailored action plans and communicates actionable insights

Requirements

• 3 or more years of Medicare and/or managed care experience • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with focus on process and quality improvement • Experience presenting to internal and external customers, including high-level leadership • Understanding of metrics, trends and the ability to identify gaps in care • Willingness to travel a minimum of 10% • Must live in LA, MS, AL, TN, TX
