Requirements
• Proven experience in a finance role within an early-stage startup, ideally in tech • Track record of managing finances across international markets (Germany, UK, US) • Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations • Experience with financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting • Proficiency in accounting software (ideally DATEV and QuickBooks) • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for taking initiatives • Fluent in German and English • Willingness to travel as needed
