Description

• Enhance patient access within healthcare. • Lead engagements or workstreams within larger projects. • Create and manage project plans. • Develop recommendations and support project execution. • Foster innovation within the organization. • Assess current state of health systems' patient access design. • Design scheduling standardization for complicated specialties. • Guide clinic and contact center transitions toward centralized access operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in patient access or contact center operations • Experience leading Epic projects around operations optimization • Ability to conduct assessments of processes and workflows • Experience developing roadmaps that align with organizational objectives • Experience defining project scope and deliverables • Experience with project management methodologies and tools • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Comfortable working with minimal supervision • Track record of successfully contributing to project management • Willingness to support and assist less experienced team members • Strong understanding of strategic business planning within healthcare technology • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
