β’ Current Epic certifications in Referrals/Authorizations, Cadence, and Prelude. β’ 6+ years of experience in analyzing, designing, building, testing, and maintaining the Cadence and Prelude applications. β’ Expert in Referral and Authorization workflows. β’ Knowledge of Epic Payer Platform, Provider Networks, Auto-Status Assignment, EpicCare Link for Referrals, Care Everywhere Referral Management (CERM). β’ Experience implementing Real-Time Authorization tools. β’ Proficient in conducting assessments of IT processes, workflows, and technical infrastructure. β’ Experience developing roadmaps that align with organizational objectives and customer needs. β’ Experience defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. β’ Experience with project management methodologies and tools. β’ Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans. β’ Highly skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues. β’ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. β’ Comfortable working both independently and in teams. β’ Experience mentoring less experienced team members. β’ Able to prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and manage projects of increasing scope and complexity. β’ Deep knowledge of the healthcare workflows related to Epic applications.
