Description

β€’ Lead small engagements or workstreams within larger projects. β€’ Collaborate with teams to implement improvements. β€’ Develop recommendations and support project execution. β€’ Facilitate project scoping activities, define requirements, and prioritize initiatives. β€’ Serve as an expert in Referrals and Authorization and Epic integration. β€’ Implement build changes in accordance with Epic change control processes. β€’ Conduct assessments and evaluation of client processes. β€’ Develop roadmaps for enhancing functionality and optimizing workflows. β€’ Take ownership of engagements and coordinate project activities. β€’ Implement scoped projects and work closely with cross-functional teams. β€’ Assist in creating service/product playbooks and document best practices. β€’ Support continuous improvement and participate in training sessions. β€’ Establish relationships with clients and explore service expansion opportunities. β€’ Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced analysts.

Requirements

β€’ Current Epic certifications in Referrals/Authorizations, Cadence, and Prelude. β€’ 6+ years of experience in analyzing, designing, building, testing, and maintaining the Cadence and Prelude applications. β€’ Expert in Referral and Authorization workflows. β€’ Knowledge of Epic Payer Platform, Provider Networks, Auto-Status Assignment, EpicCare Link for Referrals, Care Everywhere Referral Management (CERM). β€’ Experience implementing Real-Time Authorization tools. β€’ Proficient in conducting assessments of IT processes, workflows, and technical infrastructure. β€’ Experience developing roadmaps that align with organizational objectives and customer needs. β€’ Experience defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. β€’ Experience with project management methodologies and tools. β€’ Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans. β€’ Highly skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues. β€’ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Comfortable working both independently and in teams. β€’ Experience mentoring less experienced team members. β€’ Able to prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and manage projects of increasing scope and complexity. β€’ Deep knowledge of the healthcare workflows related to Epic applications.
