Description

β€’ Serve as the technical and clinical expert for nursing simulation software implementation and optimization. β€’ Provide customer best practices for software integration and customization. β€’ Collaborate with teams to assess client needs and demonstrate software capabilities. β€’ Conduct in-depth product consultation, showcasing software enhancements to nursing education. β€’ Drive customer satisfaction and retention with effective software implementation and adoption. β€’ Work cross-functionally with multiple teams for continuous improvement of software. β€’ Serve as primary industry resource for customer success and support teams. β€’ Build relationships with nursing educators, administrators, and IT departments. β€’ Stay updated on trends in healthcare education and nursing simulation. β€’ Design tailored implementation packages for clients. β€’ Conduct live training and consultation onsite at customer locations.

Requirements

β€’ Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Degree Required. β€’ Strong background in nursing education or clinical instruction, particularly in simulation or technology-enhanced learning environments. β€’ Passionate about excellence in healthcare simulation and education. β€’ Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or clinical consulting. β€’ Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and work collaboratively and cross-functionally within the organization. β€’ Ability to travel to conferences and to customers. Travel is seasonal and individual opportunity related, estimating 1-2 trips per month on average. β€’ Familiarity with educational theories related to simulation-based learning and the competency-based education learning model. β€’ Understanding of relevant regulatory and accreditation frameworks within the nursing space. β€’ Highly motivated, autonomous, self-directed, and detail oriented with a customer-first mindset.
