• Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates • Job Role: Virtual Assistant (Content & Social Media Management) • Work Schedule: This will be discussed by the client • Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Aussie and US based companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines & Nepal. • All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. • Who The Client Is: The client is a women-focused wellness brand dedicated to helping those over 40 navigate perimenopause and beyond with ease. • Their products, expertly formulated by Nutritionists and Naturopaths, address key concerns such as energy, sleep, weight, bloating, mood, brain function, stress, and recovery. • Founded by two women who understand these challenges firsthand, the brand is committed to making natural solutions simple and effective, empowering women to feel like the best version of themselves. • Role Overview: We’re seeking a highly motivated, creative Virtual Assistant to join our team. • This role is pivotal in bringing our brand to life across social media platforms, supporting our marketing efforts, and ensuring alignment with our mission to educate, inspire, and connect with our community. • Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Execution • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest. • Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content with a strong emphasis on short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Shorts). • Write captions and copy in the brand’s tone of voice to ensure messaging consistency. Monitor trends and implement creative ideas to keep content fresh, innovative, and relevant. • Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages, fostering meaningful connections. • Creative Content Management • Curate and edit footage provided, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice, visual identity, and strategic goals. • Repurpose user-generated content to enhance authenticity and community engagement. • Collaborate with the Founders and Digital Specialist to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns and initiatives. • Upload content to content management and scheduling program • Analytics & Reporting • Track and analyse social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for growth. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize reach, engagement, and content performance. • Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed about industry trends and best practices. • Administrative Support • Implement social content briefs provided by the Founders and Digital Specialist, ensuring all deliverables align with outlined objectives. • Assist with scheduling, organisation, and coordinating campaigns across platforms. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed, including market research, competitor monitoring, and additional reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. • Familiarity with Scheduling tools like Later, Planoly, or Hootsuite • Strong prociency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar software. • Deep understanding of platform algorithms and best practices for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for storytelling, detail, and brand alignment. • Prociency working with Google Sheets and content management utilising Google Drive
