📋 Description
• Provide onsite, operational and strategic leadership to the Physician Billing & Coding • Direct assigned staff in strategic accounts receivable management, denials, cash posting, and follow-up operations • Build professional partnerships with client CFO and hospital executives • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines • Monitor and interpret department performance reports • Manage escalations, identify trends and deficiencies • Communicate with clinical and departmental staff regarding Patient Financial Services and Coding operations • Allocate resources cross-functionally for optimal outcomes • Participate in budget preparation and cost control management efforts • Lead by example and share knowledge with associates • Create a respectful work environment and advocate for your team • Provide timely feedback to encourage success and ensure accountability
🎯 Requirements
• U.S. work authorization required • Bachelor's degree required • Experience with Cerner Revenue Cycle applications • Strong business acumen in interfacing with executive leadership in both hospital and clinic settings • Ability to manage and collaborate with international teams • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Direct Supervisory Experience required • Patient Financial Services experience required, 2-3 in a leadership capacity required • 6-8+ years of healthcare operations experience
