• Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project role • Heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects • Project management, intensive data analysis and creating compelling client-ready presentations • Focus on developing Analysts and Coachees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users • Extensive hands-on full-cycle implementation experience with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud • Experience configuring, implementing and troubleshooting Oracle PPM • 1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision • Strong analytical skills and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
