Description

• The Production & Logistics Coordinator will oversee production and shipping data, ensure seamless routing of orders, and support vendor relationships. • The role includes invoicing reconciliation, involvement in high-value orders, and implementation of US supply chain processes. • Act as a subject matter expert on print production, margin calculation, and pricing for efficient operations from production to fulfilment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of print production processes and supply chain management • Ideally 5 years experience in print company, design firm or creative agency • Experience with managing orders and vendor relationships • Proficiency in invoicing, billing, and financial reconciliation • Knowledge of print quoting and margin calculation • Ability to manage high-value orders with attention to detail • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Excellent Excel skills and ability to build complex formulas and macros
