📋 Description

• Collaborate and perform moderate to complex analytical experiments. • Analyze data for trends and patterns, and interpret data with clear objectives in mind. • Work closely with the engineering team in the development of data deliverables for business consumption. • Adhere to, and enhance, data visualization best practices. • Collect, analyze, manipulate and aggregate data for analysis from various data sources. • Develop and utilize basic to moderate algorithms and models to perform data and error analysis to improve models; clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy. • Report on findings and make recommendations; summarize analyses into clear, concise and effective presentations. • Provide training and guidance on how to interpret and apply data. • Assist with special projects, as assigned. • Perform data integrity audits. • Develop, document, and track metrics and/or dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 2 Years Experience as a Data Scientist / Statistician • Demonstrated success in performing analyses • Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills • Good collaboration and interpersonal skills, able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department • Good Microsoft Excel skills • Good facilitation and project management skill • Good data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skills • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills • Good understanding of relational, NoSQL, big data, and graph databases • Advanced understanding of statistics and modeling approaches • Advanced understanding of chart selection and finer details of readability, interpretation, and presentation • Ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation new ideas and design solutions • Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with oversight • Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate and mobilize team members and business partners • Good ability to develop and use engaging, informative and compelling presentation methodologies • Good knowledge of systems administration • Good knowledge of Linux, Microsoft and/or Unix Operating systems • Up to 5% travel time required
